| Reservations |
| Reservations are not confirmed until the $500 Security deposit is received. Deposit will be held for up to 14 days after check-out to allow for a thorough inventory and home inspection. One half of rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival date, the balance is due 14 days before arrival date. |

| Cancellations |
| Cancellations are subject to a 10% Cancellations fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of rental date are refunded 90% only if the home can be re-rented. |
